Legalinguist is a legal ghostwriter, but legal research and writing isn’t just our job — it’s our passion. When new topics arise in our own legal work or the news, we like to share our expert legal analysis here on our legal blog. Our legal research often leads us to new and interesting ideas about the law, how it changes, and how it should change. With a background in English literature, we often offer our expert legal analysis on legal language, but we are also interested in the dynamic nature of state and federal laws and will often offer legal commentary on those issues as well. For clients, we hope that these legal blog posts will not only serve as sources for expert legal analysis, but also as examples of our legal research and writing skills.

We also like to offer expert legal analysis in Spanish. With a growing community of US Spanish speakers, we want to offer the Spanish-speaking community a legal blog where they can learn about the law and read expert legal analysis in their own language.

In addition to providing substance for our blog, our legal blog is another way that we stay involved in the way the law evolves every day. Keeping track of the news and changes in the law is a way to gather innovative information and ideas that we can pass on to customers who come to us for their legal writing needs.

In addition to our own webpage, Legalinguist’s blog can also be found on Medium. If you’d like to receive our monthly blog via email, you can subscribe to our newsletter.
